The Main Event – Community Outreach Volunteer Opportunity
September 18 @ 6:00 pm – 8:15 pm
Bexley Women’s Club will have a table at the Main Event, handing out free giveaways to anyone who stops by. The evening includes inflatables, games, arts activities, live music, and food trucks, ending with a community-choice screening of The Goonies on the lawn.
This is a short, easy shift. You are finished once the movie starts, and you are welcome to stay for it or head home. We need three volunteers.

Setup Leader brings the decor and giveaways provided by BWC, sets up and decorates the table, coordinates the volunteers, hands out “Join BWC” pins, and gathers the decor at the end of the shift.
Table volunteers staff the table, greet families, and hand out giveaways. Nothing to bring and nothing to prepare.
